Meet Aleria at NVIDIA GTC Berlin · 21 and 22 October · GTC Berlin · Booth 3054Book 20 minutes
Aleria OS · Applications

Ask Your Aleria. It knows you. It does the rest.

Type or say what you need, in your own words. Behind the chat, Your Aleria opens the project, brings in the experts, skills and connectors, and sets up the automations and apps the job needs. It remembers how you like things done, so you never learn the menus, or the AI under them.

  1. Routed to the right place
  2. New project: Board pack
  3. 2 experts assigned
  4. Skills attached
  5. Sources from Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive
  6. Draft ready, in one answer

You don't set it up. You ask.

Other tools ask you to build the project, pick the agent, write the skill and wire the sources first. Your Aleria does that from one sentence, and remembers how you like it done.

An expert for every team, ready on day one.

Each expert carries the skills its job needs and reads only what its owner allows. Pick one, or describe the one you need in a sentence.

Finance analyst

Board packs, variance notes and forecasts, with every figure linked to its ledger line.

Need another one? Describe it in a sentence: "an expert that checks every lease against our template".

It remembers how you work, and sees only what you may.

Ask for the same pack next quarter, and it already knows how you like it: the template, the units, what to flag. Before it remembers something new for your team, it asks you. It reads only what you may open.

  • Rights come from your directory, never wider
  • Each person's own permissions travel with every source
  • Memory you can read, edit and switch off

It works while you don't.

It runs on a schedule, on a trigger or overnight, so the work is done when you arrive. Anything that leaves your organization waits for your approval, on any device.

Build the tool your team is missing.

Describe the screens, the steps and who does what. Your Aleria builds an app for exactly that work, a tracker, a request form or an approval flow, laid out the way you asked. It can start from a spreadsheet, keep its own records and read the systems you connect. Your team works in it together, and nobody writes code.

  • Your own screens and steps, laid out for one job
  • People submit, approve and assign in the same app
  • Its own records, or data from a system you connect
  • Each person sees and changes only what their role allows
  • Ask for a change and it publishes a new version

Your computer works. Your phone steers.

The same Aleria, with your projects and experts, on the desktop, the web, the phone and the terminal, and in your Teams meetings.

  1. You ask from your phoneType or say it, wherever you are.
  2. Your computer does the workMost work lives in apps with no API. Aleria uses them the way you do.
  3. It asks you firstBy default it stops before it posts or sends anything, and the question comes to your phone.
  4. You approve on the moveOne tap, and it finishes the job in Oracle AP.
Web

Everything, from any browser your IT allows.

Terminal

The CLI runs your experts from a script.

Teams notetaker

Joins the meeting, writes notes and actions.

Inside it acts. Outside it asks.

Every expert has an owner, a scope and an off switch. Anything that leaves your organization waits for a person, and every action lands in your audit log.

What teams ask first.

Where does Aleria OS run?

Hosted in Aleria data centers in the UAE, in your own data center, or air-gapped. The product is the same in all three; the deployment decides where every layer under it runs.

Does it train on our data?

No. Your documents, chats and outputs are not used to train models.

What can an expert do without asking?

Read what its owner allows and draft inside your organization. Anything that leaves it, such as sending, posting or paying, waits for a person.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Ask, read and write in Arabic and English, and mix them in one conversation.

How long does a rollout take?

Teams start in minutes on the hosted plans. An enterprise pilot runs on one process you choose, with a fixed scope and price.
