Al Seer Marine has unveiled its AI transformation strategy by deploying NOVA (Neural Oversight & Virtual Automation), the UAE maritime sector's first non-voting AI Board Observer developed by Aleria.
NOVA consolidates financial, operational, and market data into real-time insights, supports scenario modelling, live boardroom queries, budgeting aid, and oversight of subsidiaries and joint ventures.
It is part of Al Seer Marine's broader plan to embed AI into its core activities — shipbuilding, fleet management, logistics, unmanned vessel development, and performance optimization.
This move builds on parent company IHC's prior success with Aiden Insight, extending Aleria's board-level AI capabilities into the maritime domain.
